Server engineer
I am currently recruiting for a skilled server engineer to work on an initial 3 month contract in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will have extensive server experience with a bias towards infrastructure, and will be expected to assist with an upgrade of vSphere 5 to 7, any experience with Nuantix would also be desirable
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience of installation and support of Windows Server (Physical and Virtual) on premise, hybrid and cloud multi-server environments
Proven support of Windows Server configured in a variety of roles: DC, RDS and File Server
Windows Server AD, Group Policies, PowerShell
Hyper-V and VMware
O365 migration and administration
Microsoft Exchange MS SQL
Backup and Recovery using a variety of tools - MS Backup, Azure, Veeam,
Nuantix
