LMS Implementation Specialist (Docebo)
Rate circa - £350 to £400 per day on a/6 month rolling contract/35-hour week 9am 5pm/Flexible working/Work from home options.

A highly reputable organisation that is based in South West London is currently hiring an LMS Implementation consultant who has strong capabilities in Docebo and iTrent to lead the successful implementation/integration of the learning management system.
The chosen implementation consultant will oversee the implementation of the LMS elements of our client's broader iTrent/HR Systems integration. You will actively build the LMS capabilities within the system in line with broader OD/HR imperatives.
Finally, Responsible for stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure a successful implementation and migration of our current learning management system, including overseeing supplier on-boarding and working to a tight project plan.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
In order to successfully deliver the responsibilities of the role, you will need to:
- Have experience of building an LMS interface (preferably Docebo)
- Have a design background or experience with design principles and practices
- Question and challenge ways of working, with an understanding of the bigger picture in terms of the corporate context and external environment
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in mindset and ways of working
- Work successfully with key stakeholders within and outside of the Council
- Have the ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities

- Communicate clearly, confidently and appropriately with colleagues using the best methods of communication for the task.
Extensive knowledge of the following:
- Experience in using Docebo
- Track record of implementing LMS in a public sector organisation, specifically Local authorities
- Experience in working with and implementing an LMS, specifically I-Trent and Docebo, in a multi-site environment
- Extensive experience in organisational learning and development Experience with Hands-on technical expertise and comfortable operating in the Back End of an LMS.
- You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our platform.
