Helpdesk, Desktop, Support, 1st Line, first line
I am currently recruiting for 2 x 1st line support analysts for a customer in Dartford. Joining a busy service desk, the company have just taken on 200 new users and require 2 skilled support analysts to deal with the increase in incidents and calls.
Applicants will be expected to take between 30-40 calls per day with a 90% resolution rate

Excellent knowledge of windows package
Experience of Service Now
This is an immediate start contract for initially 3 months with a good chance of extension. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
