We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Process Consultant for one of their Public Sector Clients based with Remote/Scotland.

Job Description:
- The role holder will possess in-depth knowledge of policy writing and reviewing with experience of managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 27001 and other project/s related to Information Security, Services Management, UK Data Protection, GDPR etc.
- A strong understanding of IT solutions/infrastructure (note we are not seeking technical skills) and be skilled in developing and implementing clear policies, procedures, and process controls for information security along with outstanding communication skills.
Key Skills required:
- Will review and update existing IT policies, procedures, and process to accommodate the merger of an IT/OT Service Management Framework
- Create and update documentation for new and existing business processes within the OT environment that fall under the scope of the Project (eg Remote Operational Access into an asset or Changes to an Asset)
- Mentor cross-functional Scottish Water teams to successfully adopt and embed all policies, procedures, and processes
- Work closely with the Communications & Business Change Specialist to convert policies, procedures and processes into communications and learning ensuring our IT/OT Service Management Framework works effectively and reduces our organisational risk
