On-site in Redditch

We are partnered with a Global company who are looking to add additional support to their busy team.They are looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line Support Engineer to join on a contract basis working on-site at their offices in Redditch.

This role will provide support in areas such as PC builds, fault finding and user/server administration.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Proven fault finding skills, identifying root cause and resolving
  • Strong experience with desktop support for Windows 7 & 10.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 admin.
  • Active Directory users and group administration, group policy
  • Windows Server 2008R
  • Network experience DNS, DHCP. LAN (HP Procurve), WAN, Firewalls (Watchguard)
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration 2008R2-2016
  • Virtualisation experience (VMware/Hyper-V)
