2nd Line Support - Contract - Leeds/Remote
Roc search's client are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. This contract will last 6 - 12 months minimum with the potential of being extended. Day rate is £150/day.
This role will start off full time in Leeds for the first month during the training period. After the initial 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days a week. There will be some (very limited) expectation to visit end user sites across Yorkshire/North East. Any site visits will incur expenses.
Essential:
- 2ndLine experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products from Windows Server, Windows 10, MS Office, A.D etc.
- Software Installs
- Remote Support
Desirable:
- ITIL
- Working to SLA's
Location: Leeds & Remote with some travel to client sites across North East & Yorkshire
Rate: £150/day
IR35 Status: Inside
Duration: 6 - 12 months minimum
