Reliability Engineer/ Macclesfield
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join a leading organisation for an initial 6 months contract. It will be in Macclesfield
As an Reliability Engineer- You will be responsible for focusing on embedding the use of condition monitoring tools and data analysis, you'll work to predict component failure and inform maintenance strategies. You will be supporting, coach and develop our engineering teams to achieve excellent asset performance.
This role is inside IR35 so please bear this in mind when applying
Key skills:
- Technical Engineering Experience in a similar position, preferably through recognised time-served apprenticeship in engineering
- Professional engineering qualifications at a minimum HNC level
- Knowledge of improvement techniques, problem solving and approaches that drive reliability
- Skills and capability to coach staff through fault finding on a variety of equipment/situations
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer engagement skills
- Working experience of the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Ideally SAP
