CONSULTANT MUST BE LOCATED IN PRAGUE
Our world leading client is urgently looking for a M&A Business Information security expert to join them for a 12 month contract with high extension chances. The main skill needed is M&A experience in context of GxP/CSV.
Job description;
- Support the implementing and monitoring of information security in M&A transactions.
- IT compliance, records management and/or information risk management for M&A IT programs to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the organization.
Main accountabilities;
- Min 6 years of experience in IT security and compliance.
- Extensive experience with M&A IT integration/separation in pharma industry.
- Extensive experience with IT systems related regulatory requirements within pharmaceutical industry (CSV, GxP, etc.).
- Sound project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in high demand environment, adopt to change and learn fast.
