Senior Workday Reporting Analyst
Build, test and deliver key Workday dashboards and reports
Review of the data model and reporting structure, to identify improvements and enhancements
Provide expert advice and knowledge transfer on Workday reporting
Scope the security model that is needed to unlock self service capability across the organisation
Support building out the reporting roadmap and determining reporting requirements
This will require collaborative working with colleagues across HR, IT and the wider organisation, working with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Extensive workday reporting experience, including the design and delivery of dashboards experience. In-depth knowledge of Workday's core reporting and security architecture including calculated fields, custom objects, Matrix reports, dashboards, discovery boards, Workbooks, and Composite Reports. Ability to translate raw ideas into possible reporting solutions. Ability to communicate technical solutions in simple terms. Ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead the more technical aspects of the discussion
