Your Skills
- Continuously clean up obsolete and duplicate sites, workflows and customizations
- Reduce the complexity of existing functionality and solutions and Customizations
- Analyze existing custom solutions and recommend retire/replace/rebuild of those solutions based on their business value
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with business units the clean-up of unused sites and functionality. The migration team will provide the business units with detailed SharePoint sites lists. Each business unit should perform their internal reviews and analysis in collaboration with the migration Project Manager.
- The Project Manager should provide the business units with guidelines and use of pattern recognition. The findings must be aligned globally and an action plan should be created. • Coordinate and manage the review for the top 100 most complex sites in each business unit. These sites must be investigated by discussing the business value and criticality of those sites (cost/benefit). After alignment between the BUs, the expected outcome is a list with critical sites where the migration team should prepare an action plan.
- Coordinate reduction of shared complexity by identifying customizations, solutions, functionality used in many sites. This should be done in orchestration with the migration team and findings must be aligned with the business units.
- Communicate and manage the complexity reduction guidelines and recommendations from the migration team. Due to the big difference between the on-premises and cloud environments, the transfer of existing functionality requires lots of effort. The reduction message has to be evangelized to the business units at any possible moment

Your Tasks
- Stakeholder management, for example Business Partner Alignment sessions via conference calls from 20 to 100 persons
- Status Updates across Business Units (e.g. Milestones, deliverables, SLA, Pricing, processes)
- Coordinate and manage the analysis progress of obsolete sites and functionality
- Liaison between business unit IT and migration team
- Manage and present the timeline towards the business units
- Work if necessary with the site owners/departments to identify reduction opportunities
- Coordinate the reduction efforts between the business units (e.g. sharing functionality, reusability)
- Manage the Top 100 site list and manage a fact sheet per site to initiate discussions with the site owners or management
- Participate in 2 daily meetings with the migration team
- Present status updates to the business units and if requested, the business unit IT regions
- Manage and organize business unit alignment meetings and workshops Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing large scale IT or Business projects
- Previous experience managing Sharepoint migration in a complex environment
- SharePoint administration experience
- An excellent communicator able to evaluate priorities
- An assertive diplomat able to voice his/her own opinion to respectfully challenge stakeholders’ statements
- Advanced command of the English language is a must, German could be beneficial
