Service Desk Analyst - Office-Based - PAYE or Umbrella (Inside IR35) - 4-month contract
Responsibilities:
- Taking support phone calls, managing and resolving tickets
- Manage Active Directory user accounts
- Assist in developing and documenting Service Desk processes and procedures
- Assist in closing all outstanding items on Service Desk
We are looking for a team of 4 x Service Desk Analysts to clear a backlog of support requests and to provide ongoing 1st Line Support within a predominantly Microsoft environment. The role involves telephone support with some deskside support responsibilities.
The role will require day to day delivery of IT Service Desk and administration activities according to agreed service level agreements. You will be responding to first and second-line queries and providing IT support to colleagues across the organisation. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will ensure that customer incidents and requests are resolved and manage your own workload through good time management and prioritisation skills.
