IT Technician - 1st/2nd Line

1st/2nd Line | Windows Server | AD | O365 | Exchange | Device Support | Hardware Support
I am now recruiting for an IT Technician on behalf of a fantastic service provider who operate UK wide within the education and training industries. Your role as an IT Technician in this business will cover 1st and 2nd line Server, Network, Hardware and Device support so a broad technical knowledge is highly desirable. This is a 3 month contract position, and has been deemed to be inside IR35 so you will have to operate through one of our approved umbrella companies.
The role itself will be the work with a school in a busy IT office, dealing with tickets as quickly and efficiently as possible. The role will be on site 5 days per wekk.
Required experiences/Technologies in use;
- Windows OS
- Mobile Device management and support
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS & RDS
- Windows server administration experience
- O365 experience
- Enhanced DBS
