Service Desk Analyst - Nottingham - Contract
A number of urgent vacancies have arisen for Service Desk Analysts with strong Microsoft support skills, based in Nottingham on a contract basis
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- 1st/2nd line remote application support
- Provide technical user support for: MS Teams, O365, Exchange and Windows 10
- Monitor support queues and support all issues and questions; providing answers, advice and support in a professional and timely manor
- Administration of internal & external Active Directory
- General root cause analysis
