SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR//SERVICENOW//ITIL//Remote//initial 6 months//£/day (Umbrella) INSIDE IR35
REED Technology are working with a client who require a ServiceNow Administrator who will be responsible for the continuing administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor ServiceNow and its applications' health, usage, and general compliance.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Understand how ServiceNow can help the organisation become more efficient and how to design the platform for demonstrable results.
- Coordinate improvements to applications and platforms, including patches
- Create, support, and maintain system integrations, particularly third-party e-bonding interfaces.
- Create process automation and system integrations.
- Configure and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Request catalogue items, and workflows.
- Support, administration, and upkeep of the ServiceNow platform and related apps in general.
- Working with numerous domains and different ServiceNow setups based on Business Unit requirements
- Collaboration with IT and business partners to configure and develop key platform capabilities in line with ITIL best practises.
- Assist in the resolution of all technical issues relating to the ITSM platform.
- To address issues and agree on resolution steps, interface with 3rd party supplier at a senior technical level.
Skills and Experience required;
- ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications
- ITIL v3 Certification or ITIL v4
- Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues
- Able to manage 3rd parties
- Understanding of IT methodologies in particular DevOps
