Exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team for a contract until the end of May initially.
The candidate will be working with the Digital Briefcase team. The team is set up to create digital solutions that support the wellbeing and productivity employees.
Key Skills
* The candidate must have strong NodeJS and AWS experience.
* React experience is highly desirable
* Experience of mobile apps is desirable
Experience required
* Demonstrable ability to implement production-grade solutions across both Frontend (Web) & Backend (APIs, Microservice technologies & frameworks
* A clear understanding of and ability to explain the fundamentals of JVM (eg Java, Kotlin) JavaScript development, along with good overall engineering patterns and practises
* Professional experience of using at least one major Front End framework (eg React, AngularJS, etc) and the NodeJS Back End framework.
* Experience of build and test automation preferably including continuous delivery and a DevOps approach to build, test automation, and continuous deployment
* Working knowledge of software landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies and tools such as BDD, Elastic Cloud Based Environments, Reactive Architectures, and Rapid Prototyping Tools
* Understanding of common Cloud Native technologies & architectures and demonstrable knowledge of working with them on Amazon Web Services and at least one other major Cloud provider (eg Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)
* Experience of working within an agile development environment and working knowledge of agile software development methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum & Kanban
