Mobile Device Engineer

3 Month Contract

Nottingham

£14.61 per hour (Inside IR35)

Mobile Device Engineer needed to support, manage + maintain iOS devices across the business. 3 Month Contract based in Nottingham.

Start ASAP in Jan/Feb 2022.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

Supporting/monitoring iOS Mobile Devices using the MobileIron Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
Resolving technical issues, device repairs + OS updates assigned via the IT Support Desk.
Provisioning Mobile Devices and ensuring they are managed securely throughout the Hardware life cycle.
Creating, updating + renewing Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies.
Actioning block/disable/quarantine/lockdown requests for mobile devices.
Liaising with 3rd party mobile network providers when necessary.
Documenting standard operating procedures + processes for mobile devices.
Reporting/tracking all damaged, lost and stolen mobile devices.
Managing all mobile devices using MobileIron MDM software.
NHS/Healthcare domain experience would be an advantage.
