Network Operations Manager-NHS/Remote/Inside IR35
This is a leading role within the Network Operations team. This team concentrates on the provision of a technical service for the support of the network infrastructure across our clients and its customers managed estates. The Network Operations team is responsible for ensuring that network associated technical issues are resolved (either remotely or on site) within agreed timescales and SLAs.
-Significant experience in a senior technical networking role
-Experience providing senior level technical support through a team of design experts
-Quality management processes and systems
