Job Description:
- To work with the Business Outcome & Monitoring Solutions team to deliver innovative and forward-thinking services. The Business Outcomes & Monitoring Solutions (BOMS) Team are a multi-client centre of excellence who deliver Operation Centre capabilities and the supporting tooling solutions, promoting business outcomes and intelligence.
Brief Description of Tasks
- To perform Working on multiple streams of work, you'll need to assess technical aspects of projects and service producing necessary monitoring solutions. You'll provide live service support for our customers, ensuring service stability and service improvement. You'll also assist with support for key business events.
