Description
Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst with a flare for providing excellent customer service and maintaining composure in a busy and demanding environment? We have a Service Desk Analyst role for a client based in Glasgow. The role will be onboarded remotely and would require office attendance 2-3 days per week, when the business goes back to hybrid working.
6 month contract (possible extension available)
£160 per day Inside IR35
Provide shift cover with current Service Desk operations between 07:30 - 18:00 Mon - Fri.
The Role:
- Log all Incidents and Requests in LANDesk
- Occasionally attend desktop's for support
- Maintain rapport with Customers, displaying a great understanding of their tickets
Key Experience/Skills:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including Office
- Active Directory, Windows 10, H/W & S/W support
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Assertive, confident, positive and professional manner
- Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
- Flexible and adaptable as the business demands
- Ability to work in a team as well as on own
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail in logging support calls, updating call details and managing call closure
- Ability to work under pressure
- ITIL Foundation (desirable)
