Rates up to around £250 per day (via Umbrella)
An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client of ours, a well known name in the Investments/Asset Management sector, has just released a new IT Support Contract to us. Joining their Software Asset Management Team, a team responsible for all Software Assets, software licences, software renewals and software RFP's etc, the successful candidate will responsible for renewing licenses/allocating licenses/understanding of license management etc and our Client seeks Contractors with the following knowledge & experience:
1) Strong & proven 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst skills & experience
2) Proven knowledge & understanding in Software Asset Management & Software Licensing
3) Familiar with ServiceNow and managing ticket
4) Experience within other large Financial Services/Corporate Client, understanding how large organisations manage their Software Assets/Licenses
5) Excellent problem solving skills couple with strong communication & Customer Services skills
