Description
We are looking for a DevOps Expert for a multinational client in The Hague/fully remote
Deliverables:
- Assist the lead architects of the prior art and search domains with the definition of the target architecture
- Support the adoption of cloud native technologies for data management
- Design and support the implementation of interfaces between various bounded contexts covering both internal and external domains
- Support projects and ongoing initiatives to align them with the target architecture
- Provide system architecture support to the product team(s) in the NPL and Search domains
- Create reference implementations of relevant design patterns
- Lead/participate in proof of concepts
- Provide guidance to development teams during implementation phase
- Assist to the decommissioning of Legacy systems in this area
- Perform code reviews for projects
- Assist to the decommissioning of Legacy systems in this domain
Required skills
- University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and at least 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Domain driven design
- Containerisation best practices (eg, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Modern architecture patterns (eg microservices, reactive architectures, event-driven architectures (based on Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect)
- Spring framework (Security, REST, Spring Boot, Cloud data flow, )
- Developing solutions which meet challenging performance requirements
- Java
- Design and coding patterns
- CI/CD techniques (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, ArgoCD, Helm)
- Workflow and rules engines (Camunda)
- Test automation approach (BDD)
- API Design and implementation
- Experience with databases (relational and nonrelational data stores (eg, Neo4j, MongoDB etc.) and data pipelines
- Excellent communication and designs documentation skills
- Fluent in English
