Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Intel Protection support analyst to join a blue chip organization in Crawley on a 3-6 month contract.
Key accountabilities:
Closing incidents relating to backups, SEP anti-virus, server patching etc.
Raising changes as needed.
Other vulnerability management work as directed by your manager.
Required Experience: Hands on technical support analyst with:
Working knowledge of Veritas NetBackup and NetBackup Appliance infrastructure on current versions 9.x and 4.x.
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019.
Working knowledge of Microsoft WSUS.
Working knowledge of VMware ESX 6 and 7.
Working Knowledge of VMware Site Recovery Manager.
Understanding of vulnerabilities and skills to resolve them.
Good understanding of Storage and SAN technologies.
Good understanding of Network technologies.
