Network Support Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Support Analyst - Inside IR35 to join a blue chip organization in Crawley on a 3-6 month contract.
Key accountabilities:
Liaise with your manager, project manager and other IT OPs teams to migrate Servers between Data Centers.
Physically install and configure Servers and storage as requested.
Troubleshoot connectivity/cabling issues.
Manage storage allocations and replications.
Resolve incident and raise changes as per ITIL best practices.
Complete/update relevant documentation.
Required Experience: Hands on technical support analyst with:
Fibre channel storage/SAN experience (any vendor, Brocade, IBM preferable).
Hardware rack and stack. Copper/Fibre cabling, patching, and troubleshooting.
Intel based rack/blade server installation, commission, and maintenance.
Ability to commute to Slough approx. once every 2 weeks ie must have a car/motorbike. (Commute from Crawley to Slough is required) as this role is to support with the migration and support with BAU tasks as required.
