Oracle HCM ConsultantA multi-billion pound corporation that operates within the transportation industry is currently hiring an Oracle HCM Consultant to lead on the management and maintenance of all HR systems, including system configuration and set up. To be considered for this role, you must have recent experience in functional setups, configuration, data loading, and security.
This is a rolling 6-month contract paying up to £650 PD (Inside IR 35), with remote working options and an estimated start date of 21st February 2022.
The post holder will also have hands-on involvement in complex programmes of work such as the deployment of new technology solutions and HCM modules, configuration of the existing Oracle HCM system, and structuring and maintenance of the organisational hierarchy.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure a reliable and efficient HCM system exists to achieve its People Strategy from a systems perspective.
This role is a critical operational role as the subject matter expert for all HR IT systems, keeping up-to-date with the latest system upgrades and developments on the broader HCM environment. This person will identify and share process and system improvement projects through the HR Super User group to be undertaken and manage the successful end to end implementation of these initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of the processes in HR and how these integrate with the functional systems for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations. Review and support HR system operation for operational area processes and define and execute changes to the current ERP solution within virtual project teams.
Key Technical Skills:
Experience with a minimum of three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations covering core HR, ORC, Payroll, Learning, Absence, Talent and Goals.
Strong capabilities in Data Loading and Security Frameworks
Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, Page Composer, Page Configurator and Autocomplete tool.
Experience in Functional setups, BPM, Fast Formulas, Configuration of Custom Roles
Code in Cloud-based language including Oracle Fast formula, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, CSS and other Markup languages used in Custom Page Designing.
Ability to undertake detailed impact assessment and risk mitigation plan on the technical impact of all Oracle patches and upgrades.
Ability to balance competing priorities and able to challenge back constructively and/or offer up alternative solutions for identified issues which provide better system/user experience
This is a rolling 6-month contract paying up to £650 PD (Inside IR 35), with remote working options and an estimated start date of 21st February 2022. Our client would like to schedule interviews on 3rd/4th February which will be a one-stage video call via teams.
