Description
We are currently looking for a systems engineer with a strong linux background to help in replacing a number of EPOS Systems.
Some of the requirements are;
* Hands on Technical experience in administration of Linux systems
* Strong knowledge of Networking - DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, routing, etc
* Excellent background in packaging and deployment of applications eg Java, Python using Version control systems (GIT) and Continuous Integration tools
* An excellent working knowledge of configuration management, provisioning and Orchestration tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Salt are highly desirable
* Ability to automate tasks by writing scripts. Python/bash/etc
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/etc)
* Experience with container technologies - Kubernetes, Docker
The role will require you to be onsite in the Leeds office 1-2 days a week, to help with the hands on deployment.
This role has been deemed outside, up to £550 a day.
