Roc Search are working with a Global Tech Consultancy, helping them locate a hands on Help Desk Engineer.
You will working on a Help desk supporting internal customers with 1st support. You must have experience communicating with all levels of seniority - good communication skills is essential.
Requirements:
2 Years Helpdesk/Desktop Support Experience
Windows 7/10 troubleshooting/maintenance
Office 365
Network troubleshooting
Active Directory
This is an onsite (On Prem) position in Central London
Inside IR35 Via an Umbrella - £150 per day
3 Month rolling contract
