Description

M365 Architect required to work with a Government department. This is an initial 12-month contract, paying £550 a day, inside IR35, remote working.

We are now in the process of establishing a central C-19 Inquiry Response team.

The Prime Minister has stated that he expects the Inquiry to begin in Spring 2022. To ensure that the Department is prepared and can present clear evidence to the Inquiry if asked, it is vital that we keep an accurate and complete set of information and records capturing our contribution made to the government's response to the pandemic.

Positioned in the Information Services Division, the C-19 Inquiry Response team will support the Inquiry end to end and technical support is vital for the smooth running of this work.

Responsibilities and Experience:
*Provide focused specialist support for Microsoft 365 services - SharePoint, Exchange, Outlook, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Teams and Power Apps
*Develop and configure solutions utilising Microsoft 365 technology
*Provide technical leadership and define best practice for the governance, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services
*Configure and implement Microsoft 365 services and provide Real Time monitoring of Microsoft 365 services
*Define, develop, and implement 'standard' PowerShell scripts for use in performing routine Microsoft 365 administration and support tasks.
*Provide day to day end user and technical support for Microsoft 365 services
*Liaise with other operations teams and the wider technical community in order to diagnose and fix service affecting issues, including root cause analysis
*Provide support for e-discovery services and associated processes (eg DSAR and FOI requests)
*Keep abreast of Microsoft 365 developments
*Have working knowledge of Information Management and security concepts, objectives and industry standards
*Core Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance centre experience
