Our well established client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to come in and join the team to help assist customers with diverse enquiries, via telephone and email on an initial 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities & Skills.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills.
- Work to ITIL methodology to ensure Industry best practice.
- 3 years in a Technical Support role or working with technology.
- Work within contracted SLA's
