Problem Lead (SC Cleared)
Fully Remote - Outside IR35
3-month Contract
My client, one of the biggest nuclear developers in the UK, are looking for an SC Cleared Problem Lead to support the Problem Management process and will be responsible for the effectiveness/efficiency of processes and control the Information Services Organisation (ISO) and IT Service Providers standards. The right candidate will also oversee managing the Problem Management team and works to reduce the numbers of IT problems to improve the overall performance and availability of the IT services.
The right applicant will need current live SC clearance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Problem Management team
- Control the Problem Management process
- Accountable for all Processes, Policies and Procedures
- Performance Management for Problem team
Key skills:
- Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice
- Strong background in Problem Management
- Tier 1 IT Service Providers experience
- ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate essential
- SC Clearance
This role is fully remote Problem Lead role, outside of IR35 with the view of long term engagement.
