Description
As a contact center engineer you will help us implement the Genesys cloud environment and migrate from the existing Engage environment.
Your responsibilities include
* Configuration and setup for different Genesys functionalities:
o Business unit config
o User setup
o Recording and quality monitoring
o Reporting (Real Time and historical)
* Develop Architecture routing solutions
* Develop automated test scripts
* Coaching team members on the cloud platform
Job requirements
* Minimal Bachelor degree
* Minimal 5 year experience as an engineer in a Contact Center environment
* Completed the following Genesys pure cloud certifications:
o Genesys Cloud Certified Associate (GCA)
o Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Cloud Certified Developer (GCD)
* Experience with Workforce Management
* Knowledge of Contact Center reporting.
* Experience with JavaScript, Node JS
* Used to working in enterprise environments
* Azure DevOps
* Experience with Agile/scrum way of working
* Strong communication skills
