Description
Azure DevOps Engineer- Contract length: ASAP - 6-9 months (Very likely to extend)
- Location: Vilnius, LT / Remote
- Rate: 40EUR/h
Responsibilities will include
- Work close with engineering teams to deploy and operate systems
- Help automate and streamline operations and processes
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production environments
Requirements and skills
- Strong background in Linux/Windows Administration
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices
- Understanding of Agile development practices
- Scripting knowledge (Python, powershell, bash)
- Experience with cloud providers (Azure)
- Experience with OnPrem and Cloud versions of PostgreSQL and MSSQL
Desirables skills
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies for automation, monitoring, deployment
- A working understanding of code and script (e.g. .NET, JAVA, NodeJS, Python)
