THE COMPANY

A British multinational that provides computer services to both public and private sector customers is currently looking for a Scripting and BPO Engineer to join them on a long-term mission. The client has highlighted the urgency for this position. Interviews will be scheduled for the beginning of next week after CV's have been assessed.

Glocomms have successfully placed 10 contractors with them within the last 12 months. Consistently placing contractors with this client has created a strong relationship with the client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Scripting and BPO Engineer

Responsibilities

• Studying roadmaps and new solutions from publishers and suppliers.
• Carry out benchmarks (comparative studies) of solutions according to cost criteria, technical constraints, user experience, complexity of implementation, consideration of operational actions, etc.
• Level 3 expertise and technical support
• Participate in the treatment of crises, major incidents and problems within his field of activity.
• Be a force of proposal for the implementation of sustainable solutions, update the documents allowing the resolution of errors known to L1 over the water
• Problem management
• Initiate a problem via the problem management tool
• Identify, analyze and solve the sources of problems.
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge to the operators crisis management
• Provide expertise in the relevant field
• Assist in the diagnosis of the incident (tracing, log analysis, etc.)
• The responders must mobilize on the crisis according to the priorities set by the COMPANY, with the possibility of HHN.
• Assist in the drafting of the REX.
• Receive incoming requests.
• Ensure the completeness of the information necessary to process the request.
• Identify the actors, assign the requests and ensure the overall follow-up, including the follow-up of the actors in the update of the treatment.
• Justify rejections.
• Solution design
• Analyze and consolidate the business needs expressed or of the sponsor for the new solution
• Realize the technical framing of the subject
• Analyze the technical impacts of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture.
• Recommend technical choices to ensure consistency between new solutions and existing architecture.
• Contribute to the drafting of the specifications of the new solution, the Users Stories and their scoring
• Propose a test plan (based on a repository of test plans corresponding to the design domain)
• Update the test plan repository
• Design the solution
• Carry out POC and experimentation
• Validate results by executing test plan
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge to operators and administrators
• Produce technical documentation
• Contribute to development projects
• Carrying out studies
