Cyber Security AnalystStart - ASAP
Duration - Contract until end of 2022
Location - Fully remote (Candidates must be based within the Nordics)
Rate - Local market rates
Responsibilities
Security Risk Assessment and Remediation Planning;
- Collect, analyze and document context of offensive security test findings
- Perform root cause analysis from a technical and organizational perspective
- Organize, coordinate and run qualitative risk assessments
- Perform quantitative risk assessment
- Conduct data analysis to support decision making for risk mitigation strategy
- Drive and facilitate decision-making for risk mitigation strategy (remediation, acceptance, transfer,…)
- Define high level-remediation plans, leveraging existing security controls (processes, technologies,..) with relevant parties with short and long term perspectives
- Define impact of remediation implementation
Security Risk Remediation Execution;
- Drive implementation of remediation actions
- Adapt High level-remediation plans as the execution proceeds
- Consistently follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Performa data analysis to assess impact of remediation
- Consistently escalate issues that impede progress to project lead
Skills/Experience
- Solid hands-on experience in Cyber Security and Technology, preferably within various security domains, including identity and privileged access management, network security, vulnerability management, SDLC
- Strong ability to drive improvements in cyber security
- Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to the information technology industry
- Written and spoken English required
- Having security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST is an advantage
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
