Description
This French company, major actor in the higher education, is implementing a global and unified CRM platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, and omnichannel solutions as the Group CRM platform over several countries and is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner for the French market.You will play a key role in maximising the potential of Salesforce across the business.
Roles and responsibilities
- You lead workshops with decisive stakeholders and question in depth their actual processes
- You keep track of the backlog, get the user stories mature, prioritise them by analysing both their structural incidence and their weight in the business activity (must have, nice to have, ...)
- You liaise with other local and group departments (IT, Finance, DPO, etc.) and consider the configuration and integration aspects with other information systems.
- You anticipate all the preparatory jobs for the sprints, builds, roll outs
- You follow the sprints making sure the deliveries are sticking to the requests and are delivered on time

Confluence and JIRA
A substantial experience in delivering Salesforce solutions.
An oral and written communication both in French and English. Technical English a plus.
