One of our clients is looking for a Telco PMO with 2+ years of experience in supporting the delivery of projects and programs. Our client offers a truly international environment where you will work closely with Service Delivery and Engagement Managers to assist and support customers, programmes, and projects. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in telecommunications and a good understanding of Datacentres, Core networks, Cloud and Engineering.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Service Delivery and Engagement Manager in the facilitation of the Engagement Board meeting and effectively manage the corresponding Impact Assessment processes.
- Provide engagement advice and support to customers, programmes, and projects.
- Act as a liaison between the internal Tech teams (ensuring robust engagement requirements are met) and third-party stakeholders (nurturing and maintaining a positive customer experience).
- Monitor email requests, answer the questions and coordinate with Tech teams.
- Organize internal meetings/ forums on MS Teams.
Must have skills:
- 2+ years of PMO experience
- Background in Telecommunications or ISPs
- Administrative skills
- Time-management skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Can-do mentality
Must have Tech Skills:
- Confluence
- Jira
- Background in Telecommunications or ISPs
