My client based in Chester is looking for an individual to join their support team to help manage the daily workload of the 2nd/3rd line teams, providing technical support to end users for both hardware and software-based issues. You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects and coach the junior members of the team.
Key Skills:
- IT qualification such as Advanced ECDL or ITIL
- Experience working within IT support infrastructure environments
- Background with training staff
- Active Directory
