IT Operations Support (Hands -on) - Banking Client - Brussels
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: €400 - €500 per day
Onsite Presence is required.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for IT Operations Support who provide hands-on support to customers' operating in a fast-paced environment.
The on-site support technician will collaborates daily with a team of technical experts both remote and onsite to resolve client needs and issues and demonstrate superior customer service, good interpersonal and communication skills in hand with relationship management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
You will:
- Provide expert technical advice and counsel in the design, monitoring and improvement of IT security systems.
- Set up complete and support computer systems.
- Provision and support to mobile devices
- Meeting room setup and support
- VIP Support
- General administration (ServiceNow)
- Document and update knowledge base system
- Remote management of client computers
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Perform other duties as requested
- Adherence to client protocol, process and policies as outlined and presented by management via email, training materials and required team meeting
- Review, assess and complete customer service requests for technical support and advance to Tier 2/3 support if necessary.
- Diagnose, resolve and document incident tickets
- Provide timely and effective support/communication to meet the customer's expectation via telephone/email or chat.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge on Microsoft client technology (W10)
- Basic knowledge of network and general Windows Infrastructure (Files Server, Print Server, AD).
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Communicates effectively with users, co-workers and management
- Uses assertive interpersonal skills in addressing concerns or problem
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for users, peers and company by coming to work and adhering to your schedule.
- Be punctual and ready to work at your scheduled time
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills - Speak clearly and accurately, using appropriate tone and professional language
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the information acquired per corporate policies and legal compliance
- Successfully perform job responsibilities and role expectations with minimal direction
