A global Tier 1 Bank are seeking a Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst to join them on a 6 month rolling contract in Belfast. The role will be Embedded in a customer operations function, focusing on delivering outstanding technology support to the business's workforce. This includes a combination of 1st line resolution, and 2nd line incident management.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of working as Helpdesk or Service Desk Analyst
- Experience of 1st line and 2nd line support
- Confident and familiar with multiple operating systems (XP, windows 7-10, Mac)
- Excellent communication, and leadership skills.
- A good Problem solver and Quick and efficient decision maker
