Freelance procurement eSourcing Specialist needed - Banking sector - Remote

My client a Bank is looking for a Freelance procurement Specialist with the expertise of Esourcing for a period of initially the next 9 months, extension likely after.

This is a remote role but with only 1 day per month onsite in London required.

Budget - £400-£467.50 (inside umbrella rate) depending on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced procurement eSourcing Specialist or Procurement SME to join the Strategic Procurement Services (SPS), Operations, Source to Contract team. The Source to Contract - eSourcing Specialist, Strategic Procurement Services, will support the delivery of the SPS eSourcing strategy, delivering new opportunities and value for the Global Businesses and Functions across the Bank, whilst ensuring adopting and applying best practices, market and industry insights to drive the best eSourcing solution to meet requirements.

Requirements
  • Financial services experience
  • Procurement experience and subject matter expertise in the end-to-end Sourcing to Contract process, but most especially via eSourcing and eAuction delivery and demonstrated added value results
  • Experience of various Source to Contract Procurement toolsets, Coupa preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of eSourcing and eAuction strategic best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
