Description

Hardware logistics

• Receive an equipment at Location from transport company / vendor

• Inspect received package for damage and package content verification

• Return faulty equipment to manufacturer (pack it on-site and ship it by transport company)

• Handover the equipment from Stock to Nordea employees or supporting companies engineers

• Arrange the bulk returns of equipment to leasing companies in Lifecycle process



Hardware logistics with config cleanup/initiate

(Business Hours):

• Cleanup or initiate the network device configuration according to agreed SOP. Performed only offline, usually by connecting console cable to device. Initiation of configuration is performed by copying initial configuration provided by Nordea on device’s console. No network expertise is expected.
