Description
I am currently recruiting for a 1st line support analyst for a customer in Stoke-on-Trent. Joining a busy service desk, the ideal candidate will be well verse in floorwalking, problem solving and general IT maintenance
Applicants will be expected to take between 30-40 calls per day with a 90% resolution rate

This is an immediate start contract for initially 3 months with a good chance of extension. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
