Service Desk Analyst
We urgently require Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client.
Responsibilities -
- Initial triage of tickets
- Logging tickets in Remedy with all relevant detailed information
- Identifying issues, apply fix if known,
- Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve
- Password resets for various systems including Active Directory.
- Updating drivers on laptops
- Investigating faults within applications
- Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams
- Supporting desk setups
- Desk side support visits to end users
This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 2 days per week.
