Description
We are looking for an E2E Test Manager with 5+ years of experience based in the Netherlands. Key responsibilities include working on the Fiber Connect programme and managing the end-to-end test delivery across the connectivity organization, which includes teams working on components such as CPEs (ONU/ONTs), access (OLT), core networks (BNG) and IT & Provisioning (AAA/Radius). The ideal candidate for this role has experience in internal and external stakeholder management as well as international 3rd party suppliers.Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end test delivery process by engaging with program board and various project teams on project schedule, costs, RAID, blockers etc.
- Create forecasts and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
- Create and deliver the design of Master Test Plans, including Test Scopes and Test Strategies for new products and components in the ecosystem.
- Participate in program board meetings with higher management and communicate progress, plans and issues as well as any risks to the project's delivery.
- Engaging a team of test workstreams that drives a sense of urgency and focus on customer experience and quality whilst delivering the Test Campaign.
- Work closely in a matrix environment with upstream Engineering and Service Delivery teams and vendors and downstream deployment teams in Defect Triage from investigation to resolution and retest.
- Create and be accountable for various E2E Test Exit Reports, with handover engagements to various stakeholders.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met and help to contribute improvement plans with peers in Engineering and Deployment and across all the Testing team.
- Prepare and support the delivery of handover / "Launch Go/No-go Decisions" with key Stakeholders.
- Creation and delivery of Test Assessments & Test Sizing, Test Plans, Test Campaign Executions, Test Exit Reports, including resourcing and scheduling of test campaigns and working with Test Workstreams.
Must have skills and experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering or associated business discipline.
- 5+ years of management experience in the field of Service Provider, Telecoms Supplier.
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as well as Test Tools such as Jira.
- High level understanding of technologies such as PON (XGS-PON), Ethernet/IP networks, Customer Premise Equipment, Wireless and in home connectivity.
- ISTQB certification would be big advantage.
- Fluent English speaker, ideally with other European languages.
