Workday Integration Analyst
6 Month Contract - Inside IR35

A market-leading, FTSE 100 scale organisation are currently undergoing a major HR technology transformation, and as a result are seeking a highly experienced Business/Integration Analyst to engage on a large, complex Workday Integration project.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HCM, as well as experience working across the full-life cycle of technical integration projects.
Working alongside a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical SMEs, the Workday Integration Analyst will play a key role in the overall Workday roll-out, and utilise their experience in integrating a wide range of core applications into the new HR systems estate, utilising the most up-to-date technologies and working practices.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Workday/HCM systems
- Experience in integration projects ideally with Workday or other HCM systems
- Experience managing functional and technical requirements
- Full end-to-end integration project experience
- Ability to work within large, complex IT environments
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical knowledge, working closely with test and development teams
