My client has an exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual with IT Service Desk experience!
Responsibilities Include:
- Dealing with service requests
- Dealing with incidents assigned to the team
- Managing enquiries for laptop support
- Managing team mailbox and calendar
Essential:
- Service Desk/Helpdesk experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage workload and escalate calls
- MUST BE SC CLEARED
This is a 6 month onsite contract role based in London.
