2nd Line Support - Windows 7/8/10, AD, Exchange, Office365, Call Logging, Hardware - Onsite
MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS CHECK - Either on the update service or dated within 12 months
My client is urgently seeking a 2nd Line Support Professional to help support a busy Microsoft environment. To be successful in this role you must have strong working experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7/8/10 and Office365. The role will also involve Intunes, Desktop and Laptop Support and Telephone systems.
Any Official Microsoft accreditation is beneficial along with any experience with Networking.
