SAP HCM Consultant - Remote - 6 months+
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join our client in the FMCG industry. As SAP HCM Consultant you will be working on an S4Hana Greenfield project.
The project is long term, the assignment starts with a 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions.
Requirements & responsibilities of the SAP HCM Consultant role:
- 5 years' relevant experience
- Create Functional specifications, configuration, and unit testing
- Create training materials and execute SIT (system integration test) cases
- Provide training to Key Users (classroom and/or virtual training)
- Collaborate closely with the consultant team and solution architects
- Effective communication towards internal and external stakeholders, especially on incoming new requirements to avoid scope creeps
- Finalize open designs and functional specifications
- Analyse and solve identified defects
- Manage complex scenarios around 3PL and sourcing, multiple vendors and interface purchasing
Some travel to Sweden for Key User Training, UAT, Cutover and design workshops will be required.
