Senior Technical Specialist - Warrington - 1 monthly rolling - (Inside IR35)
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Specialist based in Warrington, on a 1 monthly rolling contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing Exagrid across Europe in coordination with vendors and internal IT teams. (Exagrid, Windows Server
- Work with global networking teams to design and implement a refresh to the Warrington Datacentre core network (Cisco)
- Work with global server team to design, implement and migrate VMs from existing Cisco UCS to HPE dHCI
- Work with global security team to upgrade and migrate our Palo Alto devices in high redundancy mode.
- Understand networking, routing and Firewalls to troubleshoot and handover to teams
- Work with Cisco Meraki and support our retail store infrastructure in the event of outages, firmware upgrades and routing queries
- Assist Level 2/3 teams on any escalation incident tickets
