Engineering Manager - 6 Month Contract, Inside IR35 - £600-£700 PAYE - Remote Working Available
TEKsystems are seeking a contractor to fill the position of Engineering Manager for our global banking client. The Engineering Manager would help to define the engineering strategy for the platform enabling the creation of consumable products, as well as, working in collaboration with the Head of Engineering, Engineering Managers and the Engineering teams to ensure consistent execution of the technical engineering strategy.
The Engineering Manager Shall Have the Following Competencies:
- A knowledgeable Engineering Manager from a developing background who has worked within enterprise organizations.
- Knowledge of technologies such as GitHub, Jenkins and API Gateways.
- Exposure to software development, infrastructure automation, API development and basic application system's design
- Excellent Management and Governance Skills to help guide, train and influence engineering teams.
