- Planning and co-ordinating technology changes and CAB meetings
- Change communications
- Documenting actions and recommendations for process improvement
- Knowledge transfer across multiple teams
- Working closely with stakeholders and third party partners
- ITIL accreditation
Role information:
I am recruiting for a Change Analyst with specific experience in Digital and Technology Services to join my Warrington based utilities client on a contract basis for 6 months initially. You will be required on site in Warrington 2-3 days per week and the rest of the time remote. The role is Inside IR35.
As the successful Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping to co-ordinate Digital services technology changes across multiple IT platforms. You will work closely with my client's Service Manager, providing planning and communications expertise for changes across a number of key systems.
You will also deliver knowledge transfer across the team to mitigate the risks associated with single points of failure and regularly contribute to a Continual Service Improvement Plan for the management and implementation of process improvements.
